Please note that debrief sessions are conducted by phone and are only available to clients who have completed the Psychodermic Analysis™ Signature Program.
Conducting sessions via phone call, rather than video call, offers several advantages. It removes the need for specific software or equipment, facilitates a natural two-way dialogue with immediate responses and opportunities for clarification, and reduces the likelihood of technical disruptions such as lagging or dropped connections.
Additionally, the absence of visual elements can help minimise distractions, allowing greater focus on the therapeutic conversation.

BUOYANCY
A Buoyancy Session is most effective when you need help unravelling a particularly stressful event or are experiencing a recurrence or sudden flare-up of your physiological symptoms.
Designed to help keep your head above water during turbulent times, this session provides an immediate intervention during times of uncertainty or situational distress. It assists you to analyse your current concerns, identify what beliefs lurk beneath the surface, and unpack and reframe those beliefs in a manner that is not detrimental to your skin.
DEEP DIVE
A Deep Dive Session provides a full immersion into the mind–skin connection to provide a greater and deeper understanding of how your psychological behaviour directly influences the behaviour of your skin.
This extended two hour session is tailored to help you personally relate to your psychological triggers and examine in depth the complex reactions that affect you and your skin. A Deep Dive scrutinises your responses in greater detail while exploring each of your individual questions and concerns. It provides enhanced communication and understanding.
